🌟 Rockin’ R Retreat Rental Details

💳 Payments

  • Deposit Due Today (or pay in full)
  • Optional Purchase Protection (if selected) is added to your deposit
  • If booking 45 days or less from your retreat, full payment is due now
  • Remaining Balance: charged automatically on the 15th, two months before your event (for example, if you book a March date, your balance is due January 15th)
  • Add-On Nights, Extra Guests, and Day Crafters are not included in the base fee and must be paid on arrival via cash or check

➕ Additional Charges (Not Included in Base Fee)

  • Extra Overnight Guests (Thurs–Sun): $155 each.  Rockin' R sleeps a total of 31.
  • Day Crafters: $35 per person, per day
  • Add-On Nights:
    • $365 per night for up to 10 people
    • $35 per additional person
  • All payments are due on arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Hostesses may arrive as early as 10 am on Thursday (earlier arrival available with advance notice)
  • Before arrival, each hostess will receive a private code to use upon arrival.
  • If you are adding on Wednesday, the hostess check-in time is 12 noon.
  • Guest arrival time is up to the hostess (no one may arrive before the hostess)
  • Each person, hostess and guests, will need to submit a release of liability upon arrival by scanning the QR code in the entry and filling out the online form.
  • Do not share door codes with guests or helpers
  • Sunday Check-Out:
    • Guests: by 3:00 PM
    • Hostess: by 4:00 PM — must be the last to leave
    • No one may remain after the hostess departs

                      Day-Crafters

                      $35 per person per day
                      Payable by cash or check upon arrival. Checks made out to Doree Create and Inspire.

                      Add-On Nights

                      $365 a night base fee for up to 10 (1–10), $35 per person for additional people.  If you have more than 10 you will pay for the additional people upon arrival by cash or check made out to Doree Create & Inspire.

                      🚫 Cancellation Policy
                      Once your deposit has been paid, the following cancellation fees apply:
                      121+ days before your event: deposit amount forfeited
                      91–120 days before your event: 50% of the contract price due upon cancellation
                      46–90 days before your event: 75% of the contract price due upon cancellation
                      45 days or fewer before your event: 100% of the contract price due upon cancellation

                      Our cancellation policy and fees still apply.

                      • To request a refund of your cancellation fee, you must:
                        1. Pay your cancellation fee using the online payment link from your confirmation email.
                        2. Contact Purchase Protection, LLC directly to begin the refund process.
                      • If you need us to resend your payment link, just let us know!

                      Please read the Purchase Protection terms carefully to understand what is and isn’t covered.
                      ❗ Note: Purchase Protection does not cover cancellations due to low attendance.
                      The protection is offered through a third-party provider. You’ll receive an email directly from Purchase Protection, LLC with instructions for requesting a refund.
                      We do not receive a copy of the email Purchase Protection, LLC sends to you—so please save it! You’ll need it if you cancel.
