🌟 Rockin’ R Retreat Rental Details

💲 Rental Rates

  • $3,250 base price for up to 25 guests (1-25) Thursday–Sunday (unless specially priced below)
  • Pay in full at booking and save $150 — only $3,100
  • Additional guests (31 max): $125 each Thursday–Sunday
  • Hostess + 3 helpers may arrive on Wednesday to set up at no cost
  • If guests arrive on Wednesday, it's considered an Add-On Night:
    • $350 base fee for up to 10 people (1-10), $35 per additional person 11+
  • Day Crafters: $35 per person, per day

💳 Payments

  • Deposit Due Today: $400
  • Optional Purchase Protection (if selected) is added to your deposit
  • If booking 45 days or less from your retreat, full payment is due now
  • Remaining Balance: charged automatically on the 15th, two months before your event (for example, if you book a March date, your balance is due January 15th)
  • Pay in full now and save $150 (regular-priced dates only)
  • Add-On Nights, Extra Guests, and Day Crafters are not included in the base fee and must be paid on arrival via cash or check

  • Extra Overnight Guests (Thurs–Sun): $125 each
  • Day Crafters: $35 per person, per day
  • Add-On Nights:
    • $350 per night for up to 10 people
    • $35 per additional person
  • All payments are due on arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Hostesses may arrive as early as 10:00 AM on arrival day
  • Guest arrival time is up to the hostess (no one may arrive before the hostess)
  • Do not share door codes with guests or helpers
  • Sunday Check-Out:
    • Guests: by 3:00 PM
    • Hostess: by 4:00 PM — must be the last to leave
    • No one may remain after the hostess departs

🚫 Cancellation Policy
Once your deposit has been paid, the following cancellation fees apply:
121+ days before your event: 25% of the contract price
91–120 days before your event: 50% of the contract price
46–90 days before your event: 75% of the contract price
45 days or fewer before your event: 100% of the contract price

Our cancellation policy and fees still apply.

  • To request a refund of your cancellation fee, you must:
    1. Pay your cancellation fee using the online payment link from your confirmation email.
    2. Contact Purchase Protection, LLC directly to begin the refund process.
  • If you need us to resend your payment link, just let us know!

The protection is offered through a third-party provider. You’ll receive an email directly from Purchase Protection, LLC with instructions for requesting a refund.
We do not receive a copy of the email Purchase Protection, LLC sends to you—so please save it! You’ll need it if you cancel.
