💳 Payments

Deposit Due Today (or pay in full)
Optional Purchase Protection (if selected) is added to your deposit
If booking 45 days or less from your retreat, full payment is due now
Remaining Balance: charged automatically on the 15th, two months before your event (for example, if you book a March date, your balance is due January 15th)
Add-On Nights, Extra Guests, and Day Crafters are not included in the base fee and must be paid on arrival via cash or check

Extra Overnight Guests (Thurs–Sun): $155 each. Rockin' R sleeps a total of 31.
Day Crafters: $35 per person, per day
Add-On Nights:
- $350 per night for up to 10 people
- $35 per additional person
All payments are due on arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

Hostesses may arrive as early as 10 am on Thursday (earlier arrival may be available with advance notice)
If you are adding on Wednesday, the hostess check-in time is 12 noon.
Guest arrival time is up to the hostess (no one may arrive before the hostess)
Do not share door codes with guests or helpers
Sunday Check-Out:
- Guests: by 3:00 PM
- Hostess: by 4:00 PM — must be the last to leave
- No one may remain after the hostess departs

Cancellation Policy

🚫 Cancellation Policy
Once your deposit has been paid, the following cancellation fees apply:
121+ days before your event: deposit amount
91–120 days before your event: 50% of the contract price
46–90 days before your event: 75% of the contract price
45 days or fewer before your event: 100% of the contract price

To request a refund of your cancellation fee, you must:
1. Pay your cancellation fee using the online payment link from your confirmation email.
2. Contact Purchase Protection, LLC directly to begin the refund process.
If you need us to resend your payment link, just let us know!
