Rental Details

Rental Rates

  • $3250 for up to 25 (1-25) people THURSDAY-SUNDAY (pay in full at the time of booking and pay $3000)
  • Additional people Thursday-Sunday are $125 each.  Pay upon arrival via cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire. Rockin' R sleeps up to 31.
  • The hostess and three helpers are invited to set up on Wednesday at no cost.  If you choose to have guests come on Wednesday it becomes an add-on night and is subject to the following add-on night prices.
  • Add-on Night(s): The base fee is $350 a night for up to 10 (1-10), and it is $35 per person for additional people. Pay upon arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire.
  • Day crafters are $35 per person per day.  Pay upon arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire.


Payments

  • Due today:  $400 -  If you choose the optional Purchase Protection it is also paid at this time.   If the date you are booking is 45 days out or less, the total will be due now.
  • Balance due: $2850 - 45 days from arrival.  The card you used to pay your deposit will automatically be charged.
  • Pay in full at the time of booking and save $250
  • Payment is due on the day of arrival. For additional people, Day Crafters, and/or Add-On Nights, pay by cash or check made out to Doree Create and Inspire.


Not included in your $3250 fee, due upon arrival by cash or check: 

  • Additional Fri-Sun Overnighters are $125 each (Rockin' R sleeps up to 31 on twin beds)
  • Day Crafters for Thursday-Sunday are $35 per person per day
  • Add-on Nights - $350 a night base fee for up to 10 (1-10), $35  per person for additional people.


Check-in & out

  • The hostess and 3 helpers are invited to come as early as 10 am on arrival day.
  • Guest arrival time is up to the hostess.  
  • Guests and helpers may not arrive before the hostess.  
  • Do not give guests or helpers the door codes.
  • Sunday Check-out is no later than 3 pm for guests and 4 pm for hostesses.  
  • Guests or helpers may not remain after you have left.  
  • The hostess must be the last to depart the premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, after the deposit is paid, the following cancellation fees will be charged,

121 days before the event 25% of the contract price
Between 91 and 120 days before the event 50% of the contract price
Between 46 and 90 days before the event 75% of the contract price
Less than 45 days before the event 100% of the contract price

If you have purchased the purchase protection, our cancellation policy and fees still apply.
You will contact Purchase Protection, LLC to process a refund.
For Purchase Protection, LLC to refund your cancellation fee, your cancellation fee must be applied as payment to your balance via the online payment link you received in your confirmation email.
If you need the link resent let us know.

The purchase protection is with a third party.
They will send you an email with information to get a refund in case of cancellation.
We do not get a copy of the email so be sure you save it you will need it to get a refund!
