Payments

    • Your deposit is due upon booking (or choose to pay in full)
      • If you choose the optional Purchase Protection (see below), it is also paid at booking.   
      • If the date you are booking is 45 days out or less, the total will be due now.
    • Your balance is due 45 days from arrival.  The card you used to pay your deposit will automatically be charged.
    • For additional Overnighters, Day Crafters, and/or Add-On Nights, payment is due on the day of arrival. Pay by cash or check made out to Doree Create and Inspire.

    Check-in & out

    • The hostess and 3 helpers are invited to come as early as 10 am on arrival day. (earlier arrival available with two weeks' notice)
    • Guest arrival time is up to the hostess.  
    • Guests and helpers may not arrive before the hostess.  
    • Do not give guests or helpers the door codes.
    • Sunday Check-out is no later than 3 pm for guests and 4 pm for hostesses.  
    • Guests or helpers may not remain after you have left.  
    • The hostess must be the last to depart the premises.

    Rent Entire Facility : Thursday-Sunday

    • Refundable cleaning/damage deposit $120 - refundable upon successful check-out list.
      Rental - minimum 4 hours
      $380 4 hours with kitchen, $95 each additional hour
      $340 4 hours without kitchen, $85 each additional hour

    • This rental is for up to 20 people (1-20) 
    • Rockin' R sleeps 31 total
    • Additional people $135 each, payable upon arrival by check made out to Doree Create and Inspire
    • Day crafters are $35 per person per day.  Pay upon arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire.

    Rent Downstairs Only: Thursday-Sunday

    • This rental is for up to 9 people (1-9) 
    • Rockin' R sleeps 9 downstairs
    • If you end up with more than 9, your rental will change to the Rent the Entire Facility option
    • Day crafters are $35 per person per day.  Pay upon arrival by cash or check to Doree Create and Inspire.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    In the event of cancellation, after the deposit is paid, the following cancellation fees will be charged,

    121+ days before the event : deposit amount
    Between 91 and 120 days before the event 50% of the contract price
    Between 46 and 90 days before the event 75% of the contract price
    Less than 45 days before the event 100% of the contract price

    If you have purchased the purchase protection, our cancellation policy and fees still apply.
    You will contact Purchase Protection, LLC to process a refund.
    For Purchase Protection, LLC to refund your cancellation fee, your cancellation fee must be applied as payment to your balance via the online payment link you received in your confirmation email.
    If you need the link resent let us know.

    Please read the Purchase Protection terms carefully and understand what it does and does not cover.
    It does NOT cover if you cancel because you don't have enough attendees.

    The purchase protection is with a third party.
    They will send you an email with information to get a refund in case of cancellation.
    We do not get a copy of the email so be sure you save it you will need it to get a refund!
