Rental Details

Rental Rates

  • $2700 for up to 20 (1-20) people Friday-Sunday (except for open June, July, and August dates they are on special! See below)
  • Additional people Fri-Sun are $125 each.  Paid on arrival day via cash or check made out to Doree Create and Inspire. Rockin' R sleeps up to 31.
  • Add-on Night(s) - includes Thursday - $35  per person per night, a minimum $350 a night.  No charge for the hostess and 3 helpers on arrival day.  Paid on arrival day by cash or check made out to Doree Create and Inspire.
  • Day crafters are $35 per person per day.  Paid on arrival day by cash or check made out to Doree Create and Inspire.


Payments

  • Due today:  $400 -  If you choose the optional Purchase Protection it is also paid at this time.   If the date you are booking is 45 days out or less, the total will be due now.
  • Balance due: $2300 - 45 days from arrival.  The card you used to pay your deposit will automatically be charged.
  • Day of arrival payment - for additional people,  Day Crafters, and/or Add-On Nights pay by cash or check made out to Doree Create and Inspire.


Not included your $2700 fee and due upon arrival by cash or check: 

  • Additional Fri-Sun Overnighters are $125 each (Rockin' R sleeps up to 31 on twin beds)
  • Day Crafters for Fri-Sun are $35 per person per day
  • Add-on Nights - $35 per person per night, minimum $350 each night (no charge for hostess and 3 helpers on arrival day)

Security Deposit

  • $200 cleaning/damage refundable deposit due upon arrival.
  • Pay by check made out to Doree Create and Inspire
  • Check will be shredded upon successful completion of the checkout list and no damage to the property.

Check-in & out

  • The hostess and 3 helpers are invited to come as early as 10 am on arrival day.
  • Guest arrival time is up to the hostess.  
  • Guests and helpers may not arrive before the hostess.  
  • Do not give guests or helpers the door codes.
  • Sunday Check-out is no later than 3 pm for guests and 4 pm for hostesses.  
  • Guests or helpers may not remain after you have left.  
  • The hostess must be the first to arrive and the last to depart the premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, after the deposit is paid, the following cancellation fees will be charged (unless you have purchased the Purchase Protection below)

121 days prior to the event 25% of the contract price
Between 91 and 120 days prior to the event 50% of the contract price
Between 61 and 90 days prior to the event 75% of the contract price
Less than 61 days prior to the event 100% of the contract price
